New arrivals check in at the office and receive directions to their home or villa. All properties are located in planned villa communities, or neighborhoods in Osceola, Orange, Polk, and Lake Counties. All neighborhoods and communities are within 20 miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort.
There are private, screened, splash pools at all homes; guests in villas enjoy use of a community splash pool. Parking is complimentary. Smoking is not allowed in homes or villas. American Vacation Homes provides a 24-hour emergency hotline for guests.
